I am a very passionate chef and love working with spices. I am quite enthusiastic about creating vibrant and flavourful dishes and love people
I have always cooked for my family. Growing up in Mauritius, my older brothers were true “disasters” in the kitchen—they would even cook pasta long after all the water had evaporated. Watching those moments made me step in and take charge, and over time, the kitchen naturally became my space.
On the other hand, I discovered early on that I had a natural talent for cooking. Preparing simple meals for my siblings not only brought me joy, but also made me realize that becoming a chef was truly my calling.
