Cooking isn’t a job for me it’s a natural way of life, ever since I had my first job as a kp at 13 it’s what I knew I had todo. Learning how to cook came natural to me just like breathing. I studied for 6 months at the royal academy of culinary arts and returned to the new Forest where I had began to continue my culinary career. I have been a chef for 7 years.
