I am a professional chef with 15 years experience . I have cooked on boats, in ski chalets , game lodges and private houses for H.N.W. clients. (Including Hollywood clientele , )

I am trustworthy , and cheerful, and nothing is too much trouble.

I revel in a challenge , and can stick to a budget .
