I’m an energetic and passionate young chef, and my culinary journey has taken me across the UK, Europe, and South America. After training at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, I’ve developed a strong focus on sustainability and a deep interest in zero-waste cooking — something I’m always looking to incorporate into my work and evolving repertoire. Through private catering and luxury hospitality, I blend classical techniques with seasonal, local produce to create memorable dishes. Working as a sole chef in Scotland pushed my flexibility, especially when truly living the farm-to-table concept.
Beyond the kitchen, I love to bring cultural insight and a natural ease with languages, speaking several that enrich my approach to global cuisine and continue to fuel my passion for travel and discovering new dishes.
