My culinary journey began in my Nonna’s Italian–British café where I fell in love with authentic, heart-led cooking. I refined my skills across London’s high-end hotels and restaurants before opening my own Italian restaurant, and now create bespoke, seasonal Italian menus for private dinners and events with attentive, hospitality-led service.
