I am a passionate Spanish Head Chef with over 20 years of experience in high-end kitchens, including roles at renowned London establishments like Lobos Soho and Ibérica Restaurants. Before moving to the UK, I owned my own restaurant in the Canary Islands, which taught me the importance of hospitality and attention to detail.
My cooking style brings the authentic soul of the 'Mesa Española' to your home. I specialise in elevating traditional Mediterranean flavours using modern techniques—from robust, sharing-style Tapas and perfect Paellas to sophisticated multi-course Tasting Menus.
