Extremely creative and passionate plant-forward chef with an interest in holistic health.
I am a creative, confident and driven chef from Cape Town, South Africa. I specialize in plant-forward wholefood cuisine therefore loads of homemade, locally-sourced and fresh food but not limited to this. I studied culinary at Blue Lotus Plant-based learning academy in Thailand as well as a Diploma in Plant-based Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu in London. I’ve been working as a private chef on land and yachts for 5 years.
Having travelled to over 35 countries, so I have vast knowledge and inspiration from international cuisines and cooking techniques. My favourite being Thai, Greek, Italian, Middle-Eastern and Sri Lankan.
I have strong interest in nutrition, fitness, dietary restrictions and holistic health. I try to incorporate this into my culinary experience so that it’s not only joyful and super satiating but nourishing too.
