I have been in the culinary world for 15+ years. Across the UK and the USA.
My professional background includes working at renowned establishments such as the Courtside restaurant at the Wimbledon tennis championships, Midland Hotel in Manchester, the County Hall in Westminster and Snowbasin ski resort in Utah to name a few.
I have has also competed at International Salon Culinaire, one of the UK's largest and most prestigious culinary competition programmes,
where I've earned gold and bronze medals respectively.
