Leiths School of Food and Wine–trained chef with over 15 years of experience in the kitchen, currently working as Head Chef at Goldman Sachs for BaxterStorey. I am deeply passionate about my craft and truly obsessed with the quality and origin of the ingredients I use.

I am a strong advocate for sustainable cooking and seasonal produce, using both as the foundation to create thoughtful, refined menus. My goal is to design dishes that not only respect the seasons but also deliver memorable experiences that delight every guest.
