For the past 20 years Fabio has been delving into flavours from his home country, Sao Tome Principe, the UK and so much more. Fabio is constantly wanting to learn new things which enables him to modernise traditional dishes, Exploring fusions and perfecting techniques.Fabio's Kitchen has grown from strength to strength over the past 5 years.
Putting all of his knowledge into one pot Fabio now offers services to cover all areas of catering. Whether your looking for a Buffet, Canapes or your Wedding Breakfast, his got you covered.
Fabio is based in Thurrock, Essex however he is more than happy to travel to deliver his expertise to you.
Fabio is used to managing a high pressure environment and works with strict deadlines. Fabio is extremely meticulous, he works great with his team and he believes that all dishes are truly multi- sensory;
