Making people happy with my food is everything.
I’ve worked as a private chef and lodge cook for the last ten years. I love creating new dishes as well as cooking the crowd pleasers. I go back to the same clients again and again and have lovely friendships as well as working relationships with all of them. I like to cook Ottolenghi style food rather than fussy foams and heavy sauces.
