I’m Francesco Liverano, a professional chef with over 11 years of experience working in some of London’s most prestigious and high-volume kitchens. Originally from Puglia, Italy, I moved to London in 2013 and built my career through hard work, consistency, and a deep love for cooking. Currently Head Chef at Shoreditch House, I specialise in modern European and British cuisine with a focus on seasonal produce, refined techniques, and bold flavours. Whether I’m plating fine dining dishes or rustic, comforting meals, I aim to create memorable culinary experiences that bring people together.
