My name is Francesco Palumbo, and I am a chef with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in luxury restaurants and 5-star hotels across Italy and London. My passion lies in bringing authentic Italian flavors to the table, with a special focus on Neapolitan traditions. I also love to blend flavors from around the world, creating unique and original culinary experiences.

In 2024, I opened my artisan workshop, "Italian Touch by Francesco Palumbo," in London, where I craft handmade dishes using top-quality ingredients, many of which are directly imported from Italy.
