I’m a private chef who believes great cooking is about care for the ingredients, creativity, and connection with the client.
I’m a private chef with a love for Italian cooking, shaped by experiences from kitchens around the world. After graduating from the University of West London, I had the chance to take part in culinary competitions, where I was awarded titles like Tabasco Chef of the Year and Perfect Pasta Dish at Hotelympia.
My journey started in a Georgian restaurant and later took me to Galvin La Chapelle, before moving into private catering for clients such as Coca-Cola headquarters and Norton Rose Fulbright. I also co-founded a private chef catering service in the Cayman Islands, which gave me the opportunity to share my style with a wider audience.
I enjoy combining local ingredients with international techniques to create dishes that feel both comforting and exciting. Whether it’s a risotto, a slow-cooked main, or a classic Italian dessert, I aim to make every meal memorable and full of flavour.
