Really passionate about food, with a style rooted in refined Mediterranean cooking—particularly Italian.
I’m a chef with years of experience, most recently working as a sous chef in a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. I trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, then worked my way up to sous chef across a number of high-end London kitchens.
My cooking is rooted in my Italian heritage, focusing on refined takes on classic flavours. I’m now bringing that into a more personal setting, cooking for people in their homes in a way that feels thoughtful, relaxed, and tailored to them.
