Hello, my name is Giovanni and I am 35 years old.

I am a chef with +11 years of experience in fine dining hospitality, and 5 years of focusing my own brand in the private hospitality industry, organising private events, parties and tasting menu experiences for UHNW, HNW and private individuals.

I also worked not only for a Royal family, the family of Lord Sugar, VIPs and CEOs, but also all types of families and individuals in London, South England, Midlands and furhter north in Scotland.

In 2024 I also organised a private event in Algarve, Portugal.

I started my career in Italy in a 5 star Chalet in Tortoreto, near my hometown Teramo (Abruzzo) and before moving to the UK I learned the basics working in traditional and fine dining hospitality venues locally.

During my +11 years of fine dining experience in the UK, I worked full time in fine dining and Michelin star restaurants, and I also got good results in kitchen management and head chef of a busy gastro wine bar in Clapham, voted by Timeout magazine "Best wine bar in Clapham" during my management.

Lately I worked for chef Danilo Cortellini at the Italian Embassy in London.

I also worked as a freelance chef for luxury restaurants, 5 stars hotels and famous venues like Social Eating House restaurant, Coda restaurant @ Royal Albert Hall, Boulestin restaurant, Advocate restaurant (Private restaurant at Willis Tower Watson), VIP hospitality areas @ Tottenham Hotspur restaurants, Royal Ascot during the Royal week, Gastronhome fine dining restaurant, the Hilton hotel, Berkeley hotel, The Shangri-La hotel @ The Shard and many more.

My cuisine focuses on modern and traditional Italian, Mediterranean, modern British and European, with influences and fusions with world food.

I travel around the world tasting traditional, fine dining and Michelin star food of the countries I visit, while meeting famous chefs, food and drinks producers to expand my knowledge and inspire the dishes served in my private events

I directly import some fine food and drinks directly from countries outside the UK and collaborate with fine food suppliers.

I have also been content creator and 2023 UK brand ambassador of "De Nigris 1889", one of the main balsamic vinegar producers of Italy.

I have been working with Take A Chef for many years now and collected numerous positive reviews.

I put a lot of passion into my work and what I do and the client's satisfaction is my main objective.
