A highly trained pan Asian & modern European chef who specialises in personalised service, experienced in different styles of catering and menu/recipe development. With a culinary arts degree, training at Leiths & 10 years professional hands on experience - in kitchens, private cheffing & as a serial food entrepreneur.
Currently working in corporate catering, special events, dinner parties & looking after HNW families. With Malaysian heritage, extensive travels in southeast Asia & raised in London, I have a unique and tasty take on food.
