Hi, I'm Isi.

Growing up in Spain, some of my favourite memories were created around a table. Family lunches, long conversations and the simple joy of bringing people together through food.

The women in my family were my first teachers. They taught me far more than recipes. They taught me generosity, hospitality and the belief that food is one of the most powerful ways to care for others. Much of the love, warmth and soul I try to bring to every table today comes from them.

As a private chef based in London, I've had the privilege of cooking in iconic venues such as Stamford Bridge, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and prestigious private clubs, as well as for internationally recognised actors, athletes, entrepreneurs and private clients as Will Smith, Leonardo DiCaprio, David Beckham, Beyoncé, Pamela Anderson, and Benedict Cumberbatch for example.

My style combines Mediterranean soul, Japanese precision and modern fine dining techniques to create food that feels both exciting and familiar. Refined without being pretentious, and always focused on flavour first.

Whether it's an intimate dinner, a family celebration or a special occasion, my goal is simple: to create an experience that feels personal, relaxed and memorable.

Because the best dining experiences aren't just about what you eat.

They're about the people around the table, the stories being shared and the memories that stay with you long after the evening is over.
