I have been a chef for the past 8 years, working in high end establishments. Cooking for A-list celebrities and catering for private events. The reason I love being a chef so much is the rage of diversity, fusing different flavours from all over the world to create something truly unique. The food I enjoy cooking is exiting and will be always be remembered!

For me cooking is a huge passion, starting from when I was 16 years old, and it grew and grew, 8 years later I am an established chef.

I learned to cook originally through my nan, I then, at 16 years old, got first job in a café, 8 years later I am a sous chef in a 3 Rosette hotel.
A cooking secret...
My secret is to treat all ingredients with respect, and not to over complicate flavour building. Sometimes simplicity is key!
