To create, redefine and inspire, with local seasonal ingredients.

I have been cooking for 5-6 years! And have had a variety of different experiences around Scotland. Working in Dumfries and Galloway, Perthshire and Glasgow.

These different experiences provided me with the knowledge to create and inspire dishes to a high standard, whilst working in fine dining.

I also have cooked in Italy, working there as well as competing in competitions.

I was nominated as one of Scotland Highland Chef competition, a tradition started by Albert Roux. To highlight top talents in Scotland, I was one of 6 in 2024.
