I’m Chef Lee, a Korean-Japanese chef who has spent 25 years living and working in London. My passion is sharing the depth and diversity of Korean food with people who are curious about discovering something beyond the usual Korean restaurant experience. I enjoy creating relaxed, welcoming cooking experiences where guests can get involved, ask questions, learn new techniques and, most importantly, have fun together. Whether it is a traditional Korean dish, a seasonal menu or something with a modern touch, I always want my guests to leave with a better understanding of Korean food and a memorable experience they can share with others.
