I’ve been a professional chef for 12 years, working in north wales, Cornwall and Australia. I’ve worked for celebrity chefs all over the world! I also done a year of private cheffing while living in Melbourne Australia, and now I’m back home in north wales want to continue this! My back ground is classic French food but love cooking anything! My favourite thing to cook is fish!

Chef Josh was great. Communication leading up to the event was excellent, answered all messages promptly. He arrived on time. Everyone was happy with their meals (even our fussy teenage daughter), overall a successful evening thanks to the Chef.
