I am a French chef with 18 years of experience. I love rustic cuisine but I am also passionate about nutrition.
I am a professional chef ,I have been trained at the ICFA catering school in Bordeaux France back in 2005
I started my career as a chef de parti in different restaurants, mainly traditional regional cuisine south west of France
Then I moved to London where I worked in french, Italian, British, Caribbean restaurants .
I have developed a passion for nutrition and a more healthy approach to cuisine.
My speciality is to create healthy food with worldwide inspiration.
