I am a professional chef ,I have been trained at the ICFA catering school in Bordeaux France back in 2005
Raised by a Moroccan mother, smelling the rich flavours from a young age has developed in me a sense of hospitality and a good use spices in my cuisine.
I started my career in old school french cuisine as a chef de parti in different restaurants, mainly traditional regional cuisine south west of France
Then I moved to London where I worked in french, Italian, British, Caribbean restaurants .
I am now able to deliver a service where you can try a wide range of international flavours .
