I am a young highly experienced chef and bring a fun and relaxed vibe to the kitchen with interesting ideas

I’m a professional chef 23 years of age I drive. I have worked in mostly Michelin stars and fine dining restaurants. I trained at ucb where I did the RACA (royal academy of culinary arts) apprenticeship program. This was were I was first introduced to Michelin kitchen. I worked for 3-4 years at Simpsons in Edgbaston and further moved to the wilderness in the jewellery quarter. I used to run a cookery school at Simpsons so am very familiar with guest interaction and making sure you have a good time
