Chef Mauro Piumelli

With 7 years of experience as a pizza chef and 2 years as a chef, I combine passion and expertise to consistently produce high-quality dishes.

I started working in restaurants in June 2014, gaining experience both as a chef and a pizza chef. After moving to London in October 2018, I worked in various establishments specializing in Italian and English cuisines and a bit of French, Mexican and Indian cuisines. During this period, I successfully completed all the mandatory certifications and tests required to work legally as a chef in England, including HACCP and food hygiene. I also earned the Allergen Champion certification, which provides me with comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and legal standards to ensure responsible kitchen practices.

This hands-on experience gave me strong foundational skills in the kitchen.

I regularly study cookbooks and culinary literature.
