I grew up in Africa and the Middle East, I was educated from the age of 14 in Somerset England then attended Leith's school of food and wine, whereafter I went on to work for several years in London before turning to season and private chef work for HNWI. I thoroughly enjoy more than just the food but the ambiance and elegance table settings, glassware, lighting and space can provide to a dining experience.
