Tash is incredibly professional in her approach. She is easy to communicate with and an active listener when we began to plan for my daughter's dinner party, making notes, giving suggestions and offering advice where needed. My family members have a variety of health needs and her menu took into account everything from type 1 diabetes, to dairy intolerance and severe gluten intolerance. The food was wonderful; fresh ingredients, amazing Thai flavours, generous portions (for the big eaters) and beautifully presented. Tash was very attentive around the table, serving food at a pace that allowed for conversation to flow and giving time to enjoy and digest each course before presenting the next, The birthday cake, at the end, was fabulous! Tash left the kitchen spotless. I had nothing to worry about from start to finish. We would recommend and use her culinary skills again.
