I have over 15 years of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants, as well as running my own restaurant in Brazil, which was recognised by the 50th Best Restaurant prize and featured in the Michelin Guide. I am also specialised as a pastry chef, with extensive experience in the field. I’m passionate about vegetarian, vegan, and sustainably focused cuisine.
