I am a passionate culinary professional with over 25 years of experience in cooking, specializing in Pan-Asian and Cantonese cuisine. My culinary journey began in childhood, cooking alongside my grandfather, which instilled in me a deep appreciation for the art of traditional cooking.

I honed my skills at Hakkasan,London Mayfair, a Michelin-starred restaurant, where I spent seven trans-formative years, followed by a role as Head Chef at Straits Kitchen in the London Pan Pacific Hotel.

My approach to cooking marries the rich traditions of Asian cuisine with innovative techniques, allowing me to create dishes that not only honour classic flavours but also push the boundaries of culinary artistry.
