Prema grew up in the Galle District, Southern Sri Lanka and moved to the UK in the 1980's and is now located in Cookham, Berkshire.
Prema has been cooking professionally for well over a decade and has earned locally renowned success with many 5* reviews.
Each dish on the menu is designed using local, traditional methods from Prema’s beloved Sri Lanka. Prema prides herself in pairing the freshest, locally sourced ingredients with exotic, aromatic ingredients from her home.
