I am Quintin Ata-Gyamfi, a chef at The Landmark London and a student at Westminster Kingsway College, dedicated to developing strong classical technique, precision, and a disciplined approach to cooking. My passion for food began at home, inspired by my mother’s cooking and the way meals brought people together.
I began my professional journey working in a dark kitchen and later in a pub kitchen, experiences that helped me build resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic in fast-paced environments. These early roles taught me the importance of teamwork, organisation, and consistency under pressure.
Today, I continue to refine my skills in a professional kitchen environment, focusing on mastering fundamental techniques and understanding ingredients at a deeper level. My approach to cooking is rooted in respect for quality produce, attention to detail, and continuous learning, with the long-term goal of becoming a highly skilled chef capable of delivering refined, flavour-driven cuisine.
