My culinary journey has allowed me to work with a wide range of cuisines, from vibrant African dishes and Mediterranean favourites to Asian-inspired flavours and modern European classics. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, family celebration, or special event, I create bespoke menus tailored to each client. I believe great food should tell a story, bring people together, and occasionally leave guests wondering how they managed to eat dessert after saying they were full.
