Get to know me better

Cooking is about emotion and connection, bringing family and friends together to create unforgettable memories.

I trained at Tante Marie Culinary Academy, Gordon Ramsay’s cooking school, where I earned my Le Cordon Bleu certificate. Soon after, I joined L'Anima in Liverpool Street, London, where I spent two incredible years learning authentic Italian cuisine in a professional kitchen.

After becoming a mum, I took time away from restaurants but never stopped creating. I continued studying cake decorating at Annabelle Jane Cake School and kept growing my passion for food and hospitality.

Two years ago, I decided to put my apron back on and started hosting private dining experiences and supper clubs from my home. Today, I’m proud to be part of the team at the exclusive Belvedere Restaurant in Holland Park , working alongside top Italian chefs.

My style combines the elegance of French cuisine with the warmth and soul of Italian cooking — from refined tasting menus and beautiful canapés to bespoke cakes and sweet tables. For me, cooking is about creating unforgettable moments and making people feel special through food.
