Chef At Home in London
I am an italian traveller chef, arrived in London in 2016 after amazing trips around europe.
I achieved my kitchen diploma in 2014,studying at " Alma International School of Gualtiero Marchesi". Thanks to this course i've been able to work in high standard cuisine as apprentice in the beginning moving soon to higher position.
This time i am looking for what i call a "360 degrees" experience: acquiring new skills, having the chance of making a step ahead in my career, putting all my efforts and accomplishing my goals.
I am a passionate person, and an excellent team leader as i always give my best for what i love. I think that working in a kitchen means being part of a team, in which no one is less important than another, where the respect for what we do is a must.
Since September 2022 I took the role as a Sous Chef in the opening of the new restaurant Studio Frantzén of Chef Bjorn Frantzén . I’ve been working over different Michelin star restaurants and one private family, all this gave me the different skills i was looking for.
