Deeply curious to learn and make food belonging to all the different cultures of the world and passionate about pastry and desserts.

Been a professional chef for the past 10 years and specialised as a pastry chef. Have worked across several Michelin starred restaurants and have a strong background in fine dining. Hosting a creating meal experiences is my love language and what I’m most passionate about. Whether it’s sharing plates or individually plated course menus, I’ve done all styles. I’ve done plated dinners for upto 20 guests/ 8 courses on my own. My personal style as a chef is working with seasonal produce and unusual flavours.
