I have loved cooking since I was a teenager, I try to convey the story of my life in my dishes by giving each of my customers a one-of-a-kind life exp
I am an Italian chef with more than 19 years of experience in my repertoire, born in Naples in the city of pizza, I was able to immediately learn the values of Italian cuisine, one of the most important in the world. At the age of 19 I began to travel throughout Europe, going to France, Spain, Greece and passing through Turkey and Morocco where I perfected my techniques until arriving here in London where I have been living in this gastronomic capital for 10 years.
