I’m Sam Meadow, a personal chef with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the kitchen based in Manchester City Centre.

Available after 17:00pm weekdays. And after 8:00am weekends.

I grew up in a small village in northwestern Spain called Padrón, where the peppers are from, and have been working in different kitchens in Spain and the UK for over 15 years combined.
