I am a professional sous chef with over six years of international experience working in India and the United Kingdom. I have studied Culinary Arts and hold an MSc in Food Innovation. I have worked in 5-star Marriott hotels, gaining strong exposure to high-end kitchen operations and luxury hospitality standards. My expertise includes multi-cuisine cooking, à la carte service, canapés and event catering, as well as sweets and pastry preparation. I have worked closely with experienced chefs, developing skills in menu planning, presentation, quality control, and team coordination. I am passionate about combining creativity, consistency, and innovation to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
