Very passionate about food, healthy and not processed industrial food. I am Italian Mum cooking for people, with joy and curiosity!
For over 20 years I worked in Italy, I was hotel manager and catering sales assistant for luxury companies!
When I moved to Uk, the language was a barrier, and I involved myself doing cooking classes for foreign women, helping each other to integrate ouself into the new expat life!
I am a very positive person, I like socialise with people!
