Experienced chef with nearly 20 years of culinary experience in a variety of kitchens from pubs to Michelin stars. Working with some top London chefs and at many prestigious properties.

Running kitchens of all levels making the most of the amazing local produce from my local county. I now run and own an events and hospitality business with my wife.

Based in West sussex.
