Culture,hard work , respect and learning are key to being a great chef .
Starting my journey into the culinary Arts was when I was younger watching and learning from family and learning the hotel front of house operations in various hotels and restaurants around my country, then owning and running my own restaurant I decided to learn more from my hired chefs . I then started running the kitchen myself and getting lots of experience with cooking and preparation of a variety of different foods ,from baking my own bread to growing my own fresh produce I learnt quite a lot . I later moved to the United Kingdom with my family. And am now a private Chef for small catering functions and outdoor barbecue events. I concentrate
on Mediterranean, Spanish, South African and Italian style of cooking .
