I am a Spanish chef with 30 years of professional experience, based in London for over 25 years. My career has taken me from restaurant kitchens and large-scale hospitality to private dining and culinary education. I love creating restaurant-quality food in people's homes, but without losing the warmth and personality that makes private dining special. My cooking is strongly influenced by my Spanish and Mediterranean roots, combined with the techniques and flavours I have discovered throughout my career.
