I am Venio Scoccini, a Professional Chef whose culinary journey began with a formal degree from a Catering High School (Diploma di Scuola Alberghiera).
Throughout my career, I have specialized in fine dining and luxury private services, working as a Private Chef for UHNW individuals across elite destinations including Monaco, Sardinia, and London. I have extensive experience in the high-end private sector, crafting bespoke dining experiences aboard superyachts and luxury vessels (including M/Y XOS at Sea and M/Y ARES).
Combining technical precision, top-tier ingredients, and creativity, I deliver tailor-made gastronomic experiences designed to meet the highest standards in exclusive settings.
