Passionate chef with 15 years of expertise in multiple cuisines ( from British to Asian). Mastering fresh pasta and traditional regional Italian food.
15 years in the Hospitality business, started very young as a kitchen porter and made all the way up to Head Chef. Sharpen my skin in Australia ( tartufo restaurant in Brisbane - 2 Golden hats) and moved to London in 2017 and worked in the most prestigious restaurants in the city from Bistro to Fine dining experience.
