Creating gastronomic experiences is what i enjoy the most & my way to leave a mark in this world .

Graduated from Culinary school in the Center of Mexico , part of the recent team that represented Mexico , in the culinary world cup finals . I have allways support the using of localy sourced produce , and i think here in Ensenada , and Baja all around it´s a paradise of fresh product , you can get the best from the seas , the valleys , and local vendors who are doing a great job .

I have worked and traveled overseas , and i like to reflect those experiences and techniques i picked on my journey on my culinary compositions .
