I am a professional chef that had worked overseas for more than 10 years on vessels, ships, oil rigs. And I can cook diferent types of food, desserts, french pastry, bakery, etc. I can do viennoiserie, and my style of cooking is comfortably for the client, plus I am super perfectionist on what I do.
