I come from a family of cooks, where my mother was a pastry chef and my grandfather was a rancher and grill chef. I've been cooking with my family since I was very young. I entered the professional world at the age of 25 after studying gastronomy. I'm currently 37 years old. I work alongside my sous chef (my daughter). My specialty is Mexican and Mediterranean fusion cuisine. I'm passionate about grilling, homemade salsas, and family recipes. I love creating incredible moments for my guests, just as I love seeing them leave as our friends. I am currently a member of the Univision Latin Chefs community, as well as an Airbnb Experiences Ambassador. I was once Executive Chef of some of the state's most iconic and acclaimed restaurants, such as Cerveceria Aguamala (Ensenada) Ensamble 43 (Tecate) I firmly believe that every dish should tell a story and remind us of very special moments and fill us with happiness.
