I am a professional chef of 14 years experience!

Worked in the South Island of New Zealand in both restaurants and cafe scenes and then have spent 6 years in Melbourne, Australia working in the fast paced and fine dining scene more recently in a Viking restaurant!

Currently residing in Christchurch Nz Running the Restaurant Elements by IHF located centrally in the CBD, creating clean and refined food, with Japanese influences as well as traditional French and European cuisine.
