I am an Argentinian-Italian chef with 18 years of experience in gastronomy. I had the opportunity to study in Argentina and Australia. I developed my skills as a chef in several countries, including Brazil, Chile, Australia, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal. I also traveled to other countries such as Peru and France to learn about their culinary culture, products, and techniques. I developed a taste for contemporary country cuisine thanks to our traditions in Argentina and the opportunity to live and work in the countryside in Italy, Australia, and the Swiss Alps.
