I’m a Husband, father and Chef, with over 20 years professional experience. I started my culinary journey in Portland Oregon at Western Culinary, interned under Chris Robbins at Wolfgang Pucks Spago. Returned to Portland metro area to hone my skills under Brock Willis, Daniel Dehay, Alex Parsons, Naomi Palmeroi and Gabriel Rucker in Portland most influential restaurants. I then traveled to SE Asia gain more knowledge about the cuisine. Returning to California to start a private events business. Came to southern Utah to be closer to family and developed the original culinary arts program at SW technical college and operate a small restaurant.
